"Swinging" Weekend

We had the chance to go to Pocatello last Friday to visit with family. We stayed at Jeremy and Sarah's on our way to Utah Saturday for Dale's nephew's wedding in American Fork. Alisa and Grant were in Idaho Falls to go to the temple, so they met us at the Blackfoot Park Friday evening, a fun mid-way place to let the kids play together and all visit. Uncle Chad was a hit and the kids enjoyed going down the slide train- style with him. They loved to swing and thanks to Aunt Collette, we have these great pictures.
Little Ryker is really growing up fast! He loves to be outside with everyone. We enjoyed going to Burger King after and getting some yummy ice cream.
The wedding Saturday morning in the Mount Timpanogas Temple was very beautiful. We enjoyed visiting with Dale's family, we don't get to do that very often. We stopped and had a nice visit with my sister, Julie. She is always so glad to see us and fills me in on what is going on in AF and all about the family there.
We are headed up Pocatello way again this weekend to see our new little Mikelle and to do the farmer's market in Idaho Falls Saturday morning.

what a great weekend. It looks like you all had fun swinging and playing. I think Chad would be an awesome dad, he is so good with kids.

I particularly enjoyed the chocolate frosty at Wendys.

We had a great time, too! They are all enjoying their books from grandma. The kids still talk about sliding with Uncle Chad. Dad, they were out of chocolate frosties, remember, it was Wendy's after all.

Linda, stopped in on your blog again. You have a cute family and you look great. I haven't seen Julie for a long time so it was good to see your picture with her. I have stopped in to say Hi to her a couple of times when I have been at the Heritage Home but it has been a long time. Have a great day. An old friend, Arlene

It is so funny to see chad at the park as the "big uncle," because I can remember playing with him as a little kid at the park. What sweet faces! I am so glad that you were able to see Julie. She loves visitors.

So sorry that we missed your Utah/American Fork visit. Our times together are too far apart. Loved seeing the "Grand" kids. That includes Chad because he is so grand.

Wish we could have been able to see you when you were in town. We'll try to cooperate with schedules better the next time. Very cute photos of everyone.
