We had some family here for a fun packed weekend. Chad and Bailey came Friday night just in time to join the girls as they hosted a bonfire for the YSA branch made from the huge pile of wood off the house. They tried to roast marshmallows, hotdogs, make smores, etc.. but typical Idaho weather brought on a big wind. It was fun while it lasted. Jeremy and Sarah's family came Saturday morning and Alisa stopped by, too, while Grant went to the temple before we all headed to Cameron's for lunch before Bailee's baptism. A few fun pics...

Those staying with us roasted marshmallows in our small fire pit after that. Sunday, Alisa and Jeremy's family needed to get on the road after breakfast. We were glad they could come and it was nice to have them all visit with Chad and Bailey before they leave for Philadelphia the end of the month. Chad, Bailey, and Collette went to church with us and joined in with the 5th ward's choir traditional Battle Hymn of the Republic for the closing song. Cameron's family came over for dinner and a final visit with Chad and Bailey. We will miss Chad and Bailey and wish them the very best in their new adventure. Dad and I bailed on the fireworks that evening, sleep seemed like a good ending for a wonderful weekend! We enjoyed having family here, we really missed Jef and Sarah and family. Jef had the wonderful opportunity to go to Japan on business and arrived home in Idaho Falls Saturday afternoon. We are anxious to hear all about his trip.
