I was a bit jealous because Ryker smiled ALL the time at Collette and I could only manage a few smiles for Grandma...must be losing my touch! Sunday was special with Ryker being blessed. Grant gave a beautiful blessing and I was so proud of him. He is serving in the bishopric in their ward and he gives countless hours of service. He was conducting and all of their music people were out of town, so I was able to help him out and played the organ for sacrament meeting. We rocked on Called to Serve for the closing song!
We feasted on pulled bbq pork with salads, watermelon, etc and etc...as we sat outside in 70 degree weather, visiting and enjoying the day.
Here are a few pictures I took...Collette took most of them so we'll get her posting some more on her blog.
We so enjoy our trips...few as they are...to visit Alisa and family. Looking forward to having the kids come spend a week with Grandma in October.

Yes, Zadyn really did love Grandpa Clark the whole time. She even packed a purse when they left becuase she was so set on going with them. We had to watch her new Barbie Swan Lake video to convince her stay. Ryker did smile for Grandma some, but he did love Collette. He didn't smile at her without her make-up on though!
Sounds like it was a really wonderful time. Sounds like all the "ORR"S OR OARS" are down in the water working very hard all the time...ha, ha, especially on Sunday. Congratulations to all of you. XOXO
Your post made me hungry! In addition to a wonderful event, you guys know how to cook!!! Such cute faces.
That's right Aunt Letty's still got it....well as long as my makeup is on...I think he cried when it wasn't.
Oh, what a great weekend. I love to have family get togethers and eat outside. Darling cake and the smores sound wonderful. Alisa and Grant have a beautiful family.
