Bailee gave me a recipe before Christmas to make called Applesauce Muffins that she downloaded from one of her favorite sites. We decided to make it and they turned out yummy! Bailee and Braden helped measure all the ingredients, stir the batter, line the tins with cupcake papers, and then fill them with the batter. They decided to add some craisons, too. The hardest part was waiting for them to bake and then to cool before we could eat them.
We found some fun Valentine activities to do that I had saved that were left over from Primary Achievement Days. Bailee loves to do projects and made these adorable Valentine boxes. We also like to go through old Friend magazines and we cut and pasted stories on popcicle sticks.
Braden likes to play legos and always creates some great things with the legos from the toy closet. We had a "picnic" style lunch in the living room while we watched Scooby Doo cartoons. The yummy muffins were a great treat. It was a really fun day and we hope to do it again real soon. Not to leave out our sweet Malia, we had Cam's family over for Sunday dinner and I couldn't resist taking a picture of her enjoying the raspberry jello salad.

Oh you are hired! When can I send my kids to your house? They will always have those fond memories of being at Grandma's house. I remember making elephant sack puppets at Grandma's. She let us glue buttons and rick-rak on them. It was wonderful!
Looks like you guys had a great time! Your snow pictures are great! Love the crafts, too. All your grandkids LOVE coming to your house!
You are a wonderful Grandma. I love spending time with my grandkids as well. You really had some fun activities-no wonder they love being with you. Of course, I love being with you because you are so fun.
